The uCPE is a fully managed product by Archous. Every uCPE includes:

• 24/7 monitoring and 24/7 on-call availability via Slack, email, phone

• Support for local routing, local NAT, WAN failover, and high-throughput Ethernet Pseudowire services

• Support for enterprise VPN capabilities

• Hypervisor access to your own network function virtualizations (NFVs)

Addon Cloud Monitoring sensors may be added to support extended monitoring and reporting as a service to any device connected via your uCPE.

Cloud BNG can be added for a flat monthly recurring rate to extend BNG and/or CGN connectivity from the nearest datacenter to your network premises.

The uCPE can also be configured to utilize excess resources towards custom network function virtualization (NFV) as a service. This allows Archous to deploy your own custom virtual machine to the uCPE hardware based on your specifications. Additionally, all Custom NFVs may be paired with our Managed Device plan for extended visibility, backups, and support.
