On-call and incident response is streamlined through our Cloud Monitoring product powered by PRTG. Customer network ops engagement and on-call escalation procedures can be easily defined.

Remote Probe Support

Ultimate flexibility in monitoring is achieved with remote probe support. Remote probes allow polling and graphing sources to be distributed. A remote probe can be embedded within a local network that would not otherwise have direct polling access from the outside world.

Executive Reports

Create simple but elegant automated reports based on ping, bandwidth, availability or really anything you want. Reports can be automated to be emailed out on regular timeframes which can improve efficiency and reduce time otherwise wasted on manually building reports.
